Hand-painted cold-cast resin sculpture recreating a 3D version of the original 1937 One-Sheet Poster (Style B) by Gustaf Tenggren featuring the Evil Queen and her disguise as the Old Hag, inspired by her appearance in Walt Disney’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs animated film (1937).
Fully sculpted figurines of Snow White surrounded by the Seven Dwarfs – Doc, Happy, Bashful, Grumpy, Sleepy, Sneezy and Dopey – as well as the Evil Queen, Old Hag, Huntsman, Prince on horseback and forest friends including three (3) rabbits, two (2) chipmunks and one (1) squirrel are positioned before a bas-relief sculpted background including The Queen’s Castle with clouds and scenic elements from the original poster artwork. Above and below the characters, there are bas-relief sculpted versions of the original poster lettering and film’s logo.
The back side of the sculpture features an integrated resin easel with metal hinges and black satin ribbon support for use in table-top display, as well as two (2) integrated metal eye-hooks for wall-mounted display (mounting hardware included).
