Replicated from existing artifacts at the Lucasfilm Archives, this suit features details never before seen on licensed costumes, from the color-matched iconic orange flightsuit to the buckles on the ribbed flak vest. Every nuance was considered for optimal costume wear and an authentic appearance.
This ensemble features everything needed to replicate the look of the Rebellion’s bravest pilots, with the exception of helmet (coming soon) and footwear. You’ll feel like you can take on the whole Empire yourself—just watch out for those Walkers.

Ensemble Includes
•Vacuformed chest box with acrylic and metal greeblies. Features flexible hose that secures via magnetic attachment point.
•Color-matched off-white flak vest with complex ribbing and buckle details.
•Polyester color-matched orange flightsuit with proper pocket sizing and orientation details, scaled proportionally based upon size ordered. Zipper closure with velcro tabs at cuffs and collar.
•Separate vacuformed compad at wrist. Digitally scanned, mastered and idealized for feature recognition.
•Nylon web belt and harness.
•Faux leather gauntlet gloves.
•Metal pocket code cylinders.
•Calf bandolier with metal cylinders.
•Note: Boots are not included.
Optional Flight Jacket Includes
•Color-matched (prior to weathering) and patterned to the original screen-used Luke Skywalker jacket.
•Fully-lined with proper box-pleating, stuffed collar, and velcro closure.
•Nylon construction, with cotton lining and batting for colder climates.
