Ougi Oshino – 1/8 Scale Figure – Monogatari Second Season
A Kotobukiya Japanese import! Next up in Kotobukiya’s Ani*Statue lineup featuring the beautiful ladies of the smash hit anime series Monogatari is the androgynous self-proclaimed nephew/niece of Meme Oshino, Monogatari Series Second Season’s Ougi Oshino! There may be some confusion as to Ougi’s status, be here she’s all lady in a fantastical presentation that captures her dancing in mid-air above giant ghostly fingers. She wears her usual outfit, a school uniform with brown shoes, black stockings, a black pleated skirt, and a pink and red shirt with a black tie and overly long sleeves. Ougi seems to hover in the air with just the sole of her right foot touching down, and as she cavorts there’s a ton of motion in the flapping of her skirt, the waving of her black hair, and the twisting and twirling of her sleeves. Look closely and you’ll see the girl’s strange all-black eyes peering out from her pale face. Ougi Oshino stands just under 8 inches tall (1/8 scale) floating over the ghostly hand display base. Ougi looks amazing on her own and even better with other Monogatari series Ani*Statues like the Second Season Shinobu!
