Initially appearing in Mahle’s original art and design book, Empire City, this moody portrait embodies the melancholy atmosphere of the nighttime. Mahle designed this specific art series, titled “Furies,” around emotions, and captures here a mix of curiosity and longing as a blue woman is shrouded by smoke and gloom. Unable to sleep, she looks out from between her fingers to find only obscurity ahead.
Each Nocturnal Skateboard Deck is resin printed on a 7-ply Canadian Maple Street Deck measuring 8.25” wide and 32.5” long.
