ABOUT THIS STATUE
Sideshow and Infinite Statue present the Laurel & Hardy on Ford Model T Statue. Inspired by images from the film Busy Bodies (1933), this 1:12-scale car represents a new and exciting chapter in our creations linked to the iconic duo Laurel & Hardy. This time, our two heroes are traveling towards the sawmill, where they will cause all sorts of disasters, and the car will feature as prominently as the two stars. We worked on the original drawings and blueprints of the 1924 Ford Model T Runabout with meticulous care, in order to create a remarkable model, made with the utmost possible perfection. Each tiny detail has been redesigned, while preserving all the special characteristics that the car had in the film, such as, for example, the gramophone under the bonnet! This model is made with photoetched components, a special color scheme with vintage effects, PVC wheels, and two opening parts: the bonnet that opens on the side containing the gramophone, and the rear luggage compartment, revealing the suitcase containing tools placed there by Stan.
With this car/statue Infinite Statue has taken another step forward in the field of high-profile collecting, enabling you to add an exclusive piece, unique in its class, to your collection.
