This statue of Blacksad in a helical pose shows him in action, turning around to ward off danger. Blacksad is delivered on a base-decor representing a New York pavement and its manhole. This very dynamic and expressive piece is the result of over 2 years of work. Particular attention was paid to the drapery, the treatment of the folds of the garment giving this statue all its expressiveness! One of our goals was to satisfy the author who dreamed of seeing us develop a statue of Blacksad in action. We succeeded! Juanjo Guarnido is delighted with the result!
