Captain Marvel Life SIze Bust
Captain Marvel (a.k.a. Captain Carol Danvers) is one of the newest editions to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and also one of the most powerful. Set in the 90s, the first Captain Marvel movie introduced fans to a new hero. Like many other heroes, Captain Marvel didn’t start out life with superhuman abilities, although she possessed some of their best character traits.
Sculpt
The Queen Studios Captain Marvel 1:1 bust aims to capture Captain Marvel with her suit and helmet. In the movie, Captain Marvel has a showdown with Ronan the Accuser. Here, she suspends mid-air with her hair flowing and glowing due to the energy that surrounds her. In the bust, The hair and eyes light up to represent the character’s energy. To give the bust the human touch, the bottom of her jaw is made of medical-grade silicone which looks and feels like real skin.
Body and Base
The suit itself is made of resin and has a matte finish to give it the leather like the real Captain Marvel suit. The base includes a Golden Sash that rises up through the body. Although Captain Marvel’s new suit doesn’t have a sash, we wanted to give a nod to the original.
