Winter Soldier is James \”Bucky\” Barnes, in comics was created by Joe Simons and Jack Kirby in 1941, originally partner-mirim of Captain America in World War II, for decades given as dead, after being seriously injured was found by Russians, who transformed him through freezing and mental manipulations in the Winter Soldier, a cold killer who acted largely in the so-called Cold War, responsible for important political assassinations, and was only able to recover his memory and free himself thanks to Captain America.
