Aladdin & Jasmine – 1/10 Art Scale – Disney 100th
Above the majestic Agrabah palace towers, somewhere in the Middle East of the 9th Century A.D., an amazing flying Magic Carpet crosses floating over the clouds bringing a former street burglar, now a Prince, on his knees behind his beloved Princess with her arms opened. Another memorable classic animation production by Disney Studios is immortalized by Iron Studios in the statue “Aladdin and Jasmine – Disney Classics 100 Years – Art Scale 1/10”, expanding their line of statues celebrating the 100 Years of Disney, with the beloved royal couple in a beautiful set of the One Thousand and One Nights. This special scene was designed to immediately transport the fans to the magic world of Aladdin and the best memories of this iconic production!
Based on the traditional Middle Eastern folk tale Aladdin and the Wonderful Lamp, the 31st animated feature film from 1992 from the series of Disney classics tells the saga of a young Aladdin, an orphan street burglar living in Agrabah, a fictitious Arabian city, and his adventures. In this city, Jafar, the Sultan’s grand vizier, tries to recover a magic lamp carrying a Genie located in the Cave of Wonders. Jafar discovers that only a generous person could enter the cave. Jasmine, the Sultan’s daughter, runs away from the castle, frustrated, to the marketplace of Agrabah. There, she meets Aladdin and his pet monkey Abu, while they are performing with a group of circus artists. Aladdin and Jasmine discover that they have a lot in common. Later, the guards capture Aladdin for stealing, and Jasmine commands that he must be released, but Jafar lies and blames Aladdin for the crime. Using a disguise, Jafar releases Aladdin and takes him to the Cave. Aladdin and Abu enter the Cave where a Magic Carpet guides them in the search for the lamp. Aladdin delivers the lamp to Jafar, and then he tries to kill Aladdin. Abu bites Jafar and takes the lamp back. However, Aladdin falls into the cave again, where he rubs the lamp and is greeted by the magic Genie himself who reveals that he can fulfill three wishes. That is how a wonderful journey of friendship begins.
