“Luuna” is a series in 9 volumes written by Crisse and drawn by Nicolas Keramidas. The series was distinguished by the 9-12 Youth Award at the Angoulême International Comics Festival in 2004. The monkeys of wisdom, or three little monkeys, are an Asian symbol. They each adopt a position to protect themselves from Evil. The first masks the mouth, the second hides the eyes, the third hides his ears. Together, they are protected because they hear no evil, see no evil and say no evil.
