Recruited by the Shredder, Rocksteady and his pal Bebop subjected themselves to experiments that transformed them into mutant human/animal hybrids! Rocksteady was mixed with the powerful rhinoceros and the result was a tough as nails rhino that gives the Turtles a heap of trouble.
The Rocksteady statue stands 9 inches tall on a Technodrome themed base. Armed with his blaster, bandolier, grenades and other weapons, Rocksteady has more than enough firepower to cook up some turtle soup!
