Being the host of the nine tail demon-fox, Uzumaki Naruto was the outcast of his village for a very long time. However, he is now one of the most powerful and trusted people in the ninja world. The troubles he went through since the very beginning of his adventures have made him grow up without damaging his spirit and his unfailing optimism.
With this statue, you will find Naruto sitting on top of Gamakichi, his toad mentor, carrying on his back an ultra-secret scroll. This dynamic and highly colored statue is inspired from a specific drawing made by Kishimoto Masashi himself and published in the second art book of the Naruto manga. Following Gaara and Deidara, Naruto is the milestone of a new and spectacular progression of our HQS by Tsume range.
Technical details:
Seated and almost turning rear facing, Naruto is looking towards us: his clear look still bringing hope. The color set, very bright and vivid, emphasizes the strong points of the sculpt, all its details: from the buckle of the belt to the marks on his face or the brand on the back on his vest. Numerous gradients, really discreet increase the realism and dynamism on the cloth or the hair, for a gorgeous result.
Gamakichi
Naruto comes with Gamakichi, his gigantic toad mentor. Of course, he appears in a dust cloud typical of the invocation technique. Gamakichi puts his right elbow on a giant kunai and faces us with a very confident grin. Once more, the color set is quite vivid so the whole statue is a seamless whole, contrasting with the black base, feature of the HQS by Tsume range.
Technical details:
The blue and orange paintings on Gamakichi are going along perfectly, and the pitch black of the toad’s gloves and the statue’s base magnificently emphasizes them. The kunai on which Gamakichi is leaning featured some gorgeous metallic effect on the weapon and a nice white with gradient on the bandage.
Base
Since Naruto has invocated Gamakichi, it’s nothing but natural that the base represents the typical dust cloud of the invocation technique in a subtle gradient of white and pink.
Technical details:
The dust cloud is made in translucent resin and gets a great deal of paintwork to get a delicate and subtle result mimicking the effect of the invocation technique. The black base displays the typical colored band of our Naruto Shippuden statues from the HQS by Tsume range. This time, the band is orange, the very color of Uzumaki Naruto. Of course, you will find our usual nameplate with a metallic effect and the symbol of his village.
