Drax was created in 1973 by Jim Starlin, played by former WWE fighter Dave Bautista.In the Marvel Universe Cinematic, Drax apparently is not from the Earth as in the comic book, but a brutal warrior of a primitive species that interprets everything literally, without the ability to understand metaphors or sarcasm. Drax wants revenge against Thanos for the murder of his family, so he joins Peter Quill\’s group. In Avengers: Infinite War, Drax and the other Guardians of the Galaxy join forces to Thor and other Avengers to defend the universe of the plans of Thanos and his minions of the Black Order.
