Rocket is an anthropomorphic raccoon voiced by Bradley Cooper, master in weapons handling, strategist, and pilot. With his sarcastic humor and obsessive-compulsive disorder, his partnership with Groot yields some of the most entertaining moments of comic relief. Groot, played by Vin Diesel, is the sympathetic arboreal hero who sacrifices himself for the survival of the group, but a small branch of his body allows his regeneration and survival, he returns but still in the age and posture of a baby.
