About the Printing Process:
Using the first traditional printing technique, each Artéonn foil letterpress poster is meticulously produced in a workshop in Saint-Rémy de Provence, France.
The digital images are first transferred via engraving onto a magnesium plate, which is then heated and pressed with 30 tons of pressure to create a distinctive hollow emboss, signature of a letterpress.
During this pressing, a film of aluminum pigment is placed between the paper and plate, and the pigments are transferred into the engraved recesses, creating the unique foil effect. This sophisticated technique adds a unique touch of shine and texture to every piece.
The papers used are of an exceptional quality, deeply dyed with rich vibrant colors, and both 100% recycled and recyclable. The final result is a visual and tactile experience, the perfect fusion of artistic heritage and contemporary wall decor.
