With an emphasis on firepower over speed or maneuverability the mdl.2 for Base Defense version of this unit has a powerful robot upper body mated to a tank. The Matsukaze has a massive amount of armor plating tough enough to shrug off heavy ordnance, and its distinctive torso has unique rounded elements and towering fins. The fearsome unit defends against any threats with its specialized weapon system, a quad cannon in each hand! Comprised of 500 pieces pre-colored in tan and gray plastic, this model kit is great for experienced modelers. The Matsukaze stands over 8 ½ inches tall (1/72 scale) fully assembled and features multiple points of articulation for the creation of your own unique poses.
